The H2MAT will promote the meeting of the LNLS-CNPEM external users´ community, among them researchers, students, engineers, staff scientists and experts to discuss the applications of synchrotron radiation and related techniques in the study of hierarchical and heterogeneous materials. 

Registration with abstract submission for the H2MAT – International Sirius Workshop on Heterogeneous and Hierarchical Materials is open until 30 August, and the event will happen on October 3 and 4, entirely online. 

They will discuss what are the new scientific opportunities offered in the main laboratories around the world and what are the challenges of research and experimentation in multidisciplinary areas, such as catalysis, energetic materials, porous materials, ceramics, cement, and carbon, among others. 

Researchers and students are invited to present their scientific cases and discoveries in multidisciplinary fields.
