The Data Science and Management group (GCD) provides LNLS scientific and technical groups with computational solutions to manage and analyze the data produced at Sirius by conducting research and development in data science and its related areas, such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, data mining, simulations, scientific visualization and computer vision. 

The GCD is steered by the FAIR principles of open science (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable and Reusable data) to lead the transition from the management of data collected at Sirius to an open data model, aiming to expand the impact of the science produced at LNLS and its users.
