The Management, Planning, and Processes (GPP) group reports directly to the unit’s board and provides support to all technical and scientific teams on matters related to project management and facility administration.

Currently composed of 10 members (including the leader), the team works on project management, budgeting, and technical acquisitions, while also maintaining and developing business intelligence and knowledge management activities by structuring information and reports. This enables the team to support LNLS in strategic decision-making and in carrying out the necessary actions to fulfill the unit’s mission. 

The team is guided by key principles such as data-driven decision-making, strengthening collaboration between teams, carefully assessing the impact of additional demands, and integrating different methodologies to enhance project and process management.
