After the execution of their experiments, it is mandatory for proponent and the principal investigator (PI) to fill out the Experimental Report. It is also recommended that all users fill out the Feedback on Infrastructure and Services. Both are available at the SAU Online website.
It is responsibility of the proponent and the principal investigator (PI) to make good use of the data made available and distributed to their collaborators.
Users are required to acknowledge the use of LNLS facilities in any paper, conference presentation, thesis and any other published material that uses data obtained in the execution of their proposal.

Users must report their publications in the SAU Online system, and cooperate by supplying any piece of information upon request. CNPEM’s library will automatically receive the information and validate it.
The Experimental Report can be replaced by the submission of a publication produced after the experiments.
